Bitcoin Exchange Binance Expands List of Risky Altcoins! Here Are the Latest Projects Added

As part of its routine efforts to assess the risk and performance of listed assets, Binance has announced that it will expand its Watch Tag to include six additional tokens starting May 7, 2025. Binance Expands Watchlist List to Six Additional Tokens Amid Ongoing Risk Assessment The newly tagged tokens are: Stella (ALPHA) Hifi Finance (HIFI) LeverFi (LEVER) Movement (MOVE) Portal (PORTAL) Rei Network (REI) Tokens marked with the Watch Label are considered to carry higher volatility and risk compared to other listed assets. Binance applies this label to projects under close observation and reserves the right to delist tokens that no longer meet the listing criteria. Users must complete the quiz and accept the Binance Terms of Use every 90 days to continue trading these tokens on Binance Spot and Margin. This process is designed to ensure that traders are aware of the risks involved. Additionally, a risk warning banner will be displayed on the relevant trading pages and the Markets Overview page. Binance conducts periodic project reviews to determine whether the Tracking Tag should be added or removed, evaluating factors such as: Project team commitment Quality of development activities Trading volume and liquidity Network security and resilience Social transparency and participation Regulatory compliance and tokenomic stability The update underscores Binance’s commitment to protecting investors and providing a transparent and secure trading environment for its users. *This is not investment advice.
