The key focus is to enhance the selection mechanism for the “Headliner” hard fork feature. This initiative is designed to clarify the primary objectives of each fork, permitting only one headliner feature per upgrade. Additionally, Beiko suggests a “barbell” strategy to facilitate more robust community engagement and feedback. By formalizing working groups and meticulously documenting the governance process, the proposal seeks to bolster both transparency and the legitimacy of decision-making within the Ethereum network.
