According to Jinshi reports, the dollar index, which measures the dollar against six major currencies, fell by 0.65% on March 16, closing at 99.705 in the foreign exchange market. 1 euro exchanged for 1.1521 dollars, up from 1.144 dollars the previous trading day; 1 pound exchanged for 1.3333 dollars, up from 1.3245 dollars the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 158.95 yen, down from 159.61 yen the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 0.7867 Swiss francs, down from 0.7899 Swiss francs the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 1.367 Canadian dollars, down from 1.3734 Canadian dollars the previous trading day; 1 dollar exchanged for 9.3263 Swedish kronor, down from 9.4467 Swedish kronor the previous trading day.
