Jiangsu Wuxi High-tech Zone has released the "Several Measures to Support the Integration and Development of OpenClaw and Other Open Source Community Projects with the OPC Community (Draft for Comments)", featuring 12 policies for "breeding crayfish", ranging from basic support to industrial implementation, from talent cultivation to safety compliance, with individual support reaching up to 5 million yuan.
The draft for comments proposes a full subsidy of up to 1 million yuan for local cloud platforms that provide free deployment and development toolkits. For OPC projects using the intelligent computing power platform within the zone, subsidies will be provided based on actual expenses, with a maximum of 300,000 yuan per year for each project.
In addition, projects that develop vertical large models for industrial quality inspection, predictive maintenance, etc., based on OpenClaw and registered with the state, will be rewarded with 500,000 yuan; breakthroughs in key technologies such as embodied intelligent robots and intelligent quality inspection will receive support of up to 5 million yuan; the establishment of "AI + Manufacturing" joint open-source laboratories is encouraged, with a maximum reward of 1 million yuan for those leading the development of open-source frameworks or formulating industry standards.
